of the Ringhotel Roggenland OHG
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room or the premises have been ordered, confirmed or, if a written confirmation was no longer possible, provided.
The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, irrespective of the duration of the contract.
Hotel Roggenland is obligated, in the event of unforeseen failure to provide the room or the premises, to offer and provide the guest with an equivalent room in an equivalent house or, if this is not possible, to pay general compensation. In case of force majeure there is no obligation to pay damages.
The guest is obliged to pay the price agreed upon the order. Basically, the valid price list of the Hotel Roggenland applies. If you do not use the contractual services, our cancellation deadlines apply (see point 20), in which case the Hotel Roggenland is at the same time held in good faith to rent not used rooms if possible in order to avoid cancellations.
Reserved premises are available to the customer only within the agreed time. Use of the premises beyond the agreed time requires the prior approval of the Event Department.
The guest does not acquire the right to provision of certain rooms or premises (event). If agreed premises are not available, the Hotel Roggenland is obliged to seek equivalent replacement in the home or in other properties.
The payment of the room and arrangement prices as well as additional costs (telephone, solarium, consumption in the restaurant and in the hotel bar, etc.) takes place at the latest on the last day of the stay. For longer stays, the Hotel Roggenland can request a discount.
Credit cards (American Express, Visa Card and Eurocard) are only accepted for payment of amounts that are not subject to any commission, discounted special rates or arrangements.
The use of the in-house parking facility is free, but can only be done at your own risk.
Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and should be used until 6 pm. This must be communicated to the Hotel Roggenland in advance. We reserve the right to re-allocate rooms not used in time. On the day of departure, the rooms are available until 11:00 am. If the rooms are needed beyond this period, please notify us in advance. A reduced tariff will then be charged for use during the day.
Breakfast can be taken from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
If the period between conclusion of contract and service provision exceeds 6 months, HotelRoggenland reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice. Changes in value added tax, regardless of the time of the conclusion of the contract, are in favor or at the expense of the service user. All prices are in Euro including VAT.
If the purchaser is not the organizer at the same time, both are jointly and severally liable.
Verbal collateral agreements are not made. Changes and additions require the written form to be effective.
A surcharge is levied on third-party services provided or invoiced by Hotel Roggenland. A liability of the hotel for the services of third parties does not exist.
A change in the number of participants for a joint meal must be in writing at least 3 days before the start of the event, otherwise at least the ordered number of place settings will be charged.
The organizer / orderer is liable for the order of any meals and drinks additionally ordered by the event participants.
The bringing of food and drinks requires the prior approval of the Hotel Roggenland.
Disruptions to technical or other equipment provided are, as far as possible, eliminated immediately. However, no retention or reduction of payments can be made.
Cancellation costs staggered:
- up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the travel price
- 44 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the travel price
- 29 to 20 days before arrival: 50% of the travel price
- 19 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price
- from 7 days before arrival: 80% of the travel price
These terms and conditions of Ringhotel Roggenland, as well as the general terms and conditions of DEHOGA, are part of the guest accommodation contract and are recognized by a booking.
According to § 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) we point to the storage of data as an aid to business according to BSDG.
